Sea Serpent

So it started as a sketch a few weeks ago, and aftert I got my new pens on Friday I thought I'd try them out on something I'd already been working on. So I finished up this sketch and inked it up (it came out beautifully just in inks. Then I wanted to colour it, so full treatment. Probably spent 16 hours on this total. I'm almost more happy with it than my raving leopards picture.

This is an Elven Pirate Captain with her tamed sea serpent. Together open water raiding is always profitable.

Inkes with a pigma brush pen and coloured with both prismacolor and Touch markers.
